Situado en un lugar privilegiado de la ciudad y cerca del metro para poder visitar los lugares más emblemáticos. Este apartamento de un solo ambiente se encuentra en un 4º piso de un edificio sin ascensor que ha sido reformado recientemente con un estilo moderno y contemporáneo. Dispone de dos camas individuales, baño con ducha, balcón, salón-comedor con sofá cama doble y cocina totalmente equipada. Ideal para parejas o pequeñas familias.
Permite desplazarse en pocos pasos hasta la Vila Olímpica, las playas, el Puerto, el Zoo de Barcelona y el Parque de la Ciutadella. Podrá practicar todo tipo de deportes náuticos a lo largo de las playas.
El edificio Barcelona Beach IV está situado en la famosa playa de la Barceloneta, que se encuentra en el barrio más tradicional de pescadores y marineros. Cuenta con más de cuarenta restaurantes y bares donde podrá disfrutar de exquisita comida del mar y tomar una copa viendo la puesta de sol.
Los apartamentos están cercanos a distintos transportes para hacer más fácil el desplazamiento por la ciudad y poder visitar lugares tan asombrosos como La Sagrada Familia, Las Ramblas, El Parque Güell…

CHECK IN
- De acuerdo con la Ley Orgánica de Protección de Seguridad Ciudadana es obligatorio que todos los huéspedes que se alojen en un establecimiento turístico deben ser registrados mediante documento nacional de identidad o pasaporte. Los datos recogidos serán transmitidos a la policía en menos de 24 horas después de vuestra llegada.
- El acceso a nuestros apartamentos se realiza mediante una aplicación en vuestro Smartphone o introduciendo un código en un teclado que encontraréis junto a la puerta de entrada.
- Una vez hecha la reserva os enviaremos un mail de confirmación donde tendréis acceso a un formulario donde podréis cumplimentar vuestros datos personales, el registro de huéspedes, realizar los pagos y firmar el contrato.
- 48h antes de vuestra llegada y siempre y cuando el formulario esté finalizado recibiréis el enlace para activar las llaves.
- Si la información de los huéspedes no está registrada, hay algún pago pendiente, o el contrato no está firmado, nuestro sistema no podrá generar los códigos de acceso.
- Nuestros apartamentos cuentan con sistemas de medición de ruido y guardia nocturno.
- Se ruega silencio entre las 22h/7h.

- Horario de entrada: a partir de las 15h.
- Horario de salida: hasta las 11h
- Rogamos informes de tu hora de llegada.
FIANZA
- La fianza será devuelta en un periodo máximo de 72h una vez haya sido revisado el apartamento.

Tökeletes helyen van a szállás. A parttól 3 percre egy csendes utcában. A közelben 3 irányba is buszmegálló. Könnyü eljutni a város bármely pontjára.

We enjoyed the stay from the very beginning (during the communication with Barcelona Bedroom) till the end of our vacation. The photos totally correspond to what you find in the room. Beach is just 2 min from the flat. Must sees are also very close. Thank you, Barcelona Bedroom, for making our vacation so comfortable!

Appartement très bien situé Attention ! Il manque le « basic » (sel, torchons,…)
Ha sido una estancia magnífica. Han sido muy atentos en todo momento.
The host is extremely nice and helpful! The flat was clean and location is just perfect - 3 minutes walk from the sea. Nice cafes and restaurants nearby.
Espacio muy agradable para pasar unos días en pareja. Muy limpio, cuidado y bastante bien equipado. Es pequeño, pero cómodo. Ubicación incomparable...y desde el balcón se ve el mar!

The location was fantastic you could see the ocean from the balcony, there were fantastic places to eat near the apartment for example there was brunch and cake. We are already missing the historic architecture of the buildings and the Seaview we cannot wait to visit again
Fantastic location and nice apartment with some mold odor. Spain is one of the largest wine producer in the world, and no wine glasses in the apartment🙂 We also missed sharp knifes and beach towells. But overall ee had a nice stay.
Estuvimos bien pero nos faltó una manta adicional, tuvimos que poner el aire acondicionado toda la noche, lo cual es más caro y desagradable, también nos hubiera gustado tener una repisa como mesita de noche ya que no cabe ésta, y una mesita auxiliar en el salón junto al sofá. También se agradece que informen que no hay ascensor.

El precio comparado con iinych en Barcelona está bien.

Location excellent! Very close to the beach and formidable chrap restaurants & bars. No lift and narrow staircase😉 Very kind service!

Everything went well. From our booking, service questions and response time prior to arrival. Check in was smooth and easy even though we arrived after midnight. Could have been cleaned a little bit better. The apartment is modern and in a great location. Would we stay again? Yes!

Wonderful location. Pretty quiet location due to walk street. Lovely cafeteria across the street for morning coffees. Stairway to upper floors a bit narrow for big luggages and little minus for not having a lift. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Very nice and modern appartment-Super place-very close to the Beach-and you Can walk almost everywhere you want to!it was very silent and relaxing and at the same Time you were downtown in 15 minutes!barcelona is a very nice city- we are surely coming back and we would like to live in the Same appartment again!see you-and thanks a lot!

Appartement très propre et très bien situé. A 1 minute de la plage, un vrai confort! Pas de nuisance sonore et appartement proche de toute commodité. Un point négatif quand même: l'absence de place de parking lorsqu'on vient en voiture. La fourière a même embraqué notre voiture dès notre 1er jour d'arrivée. Notre voiture était située dans la rue parallèle à l'appartement :( Les voitures "étrangères" doivent uniquement se garer dans les parking privés à 39€ la nuit. Ca élève donc la facture de la nuit dans l'appartement classbedroom à Barceloneta...

We were very happy within the first 5 days, but the last two days there were new renters both above and underneath us. They were VERY noisy througt the night. Ringing at our doorbell, shouting, knoking at their own doors for between ½ and 1 hour. So the last 2 days stay were very disapointing unfortunately BR, Annbeth Soerensen

The douchecabine was a little bit small and not very clean, because off damp-stain. The bed was a little bit small but comfortable. For the rest a super appartement. Thanks a lot...

War ein sehr guter Empfang. Wurden von der Metro Station abgeholt, was sehr nett war. Außerdem war das App. direkt am Strand und von der Reinigung wirklich tip top!! Denke wir sehen uns wieder, nächstes Jahr!! Danke!!
