El apartamento 'ClassBedroom Eixample Free 167' dispone de una excelente distribución, óptima para grupos de amigos y familias. Un dormitorio principal doble, un segundo dormitorio con dos camas individuales, otro dormitorio con una cama individual, baño completo con cabina de ducha, salón comedor y cocina independiente.
Se encuentra situado en El Eixample de Barcelona (la zona modernista), una extensión de la ciudad proyectada por Ildefons Cerdà e iniciada el 1860, es uno de los espacios urbanos más singulares dentro del contexto mundial. La personalidad de Barcelona radica, en buena medida, en la trama única de este barrio.
Esta huella se concentra en un sector relativamente pequeño, articulado alrededor del eje central de paseo de Gràcia. Esta zona privilegiada del Eixample, el Quadrat d'Or (cuadrado de oro), está delimitada por las calles Aribau y el paseo de Sant Joan, las Rondes y la avenida de la Diagonal.
La consolidación del Quadrat d'Or como centro de la burguesía de Barcelona, que se produjo durante la última década del siglo XIX y la primera del XX, coincidió con la difusión del Modernismo. Un paseo atento por la zona permite admirar la inmensa cantidad de riquezas arquitectónicas, fruto del desplazamiento de la residencia burguesa desde la antigua ciudad hasta el Eixample central, alrededor de 1900.

CHECK IN
- De acuerdo con la Ley Orgánica de Protección de Seguridad Ciudadana es obligatorio que todos los huéspedes que se alojen en un establecimiento turístico deben ser registrados mediante documento nacional de identidad o pasaporte. Los datos recogidos serán transmitidos a la policía en menos de 24 horas después de vuestra llegada.
- El acceso a nuestros apartamentos se realiza mediante una aplicación en vuestro Smartphone o introduciendo un código en un teclado que encontraréis junto a la puerta de entrada.
- Una vez hecha la reserva os enviaremos un mail de confirmación donde tendréis acceso a un formulario donde podréis cumplimentar vuestros datos personales, el registro de huéspedes, realizar los pagos y firmar el contrato.
- 24h antes de vuestra llegada y siempre y cuando el formulario esté finalizado recibiréis el enlace para activar las llaves.
- Si la información de los huéspedes no está registrada, hay algún pago pendiente, o el contrato no está firmado, nuestro sistema no podrá generar los códigos de acceso.
- Nuestros apartamentos cuentan con sistemas de medición de ruido y guardia nocturno.
- Se ruega silencio entre las 22h/7h.

A beautiful apartment perfectly situated for tourist attractions, bars, restaurants and shopping. Very clean and tidy, the kitchen was well kitted out, lounge sofa cushions cover need mending but still somewhere to sit at the end of a busy day. I can appreciate the fact that it isn’t easy to get large furniture into the apartment.Would recommend using ClassBedrooms

Clear and concise communication all the way with the host. The apartment had a very nice location with short walking distance to everything. I sleep very lightly, but I had no problems sleeping in this apartment, even though it was located near a busy street. Value for money!

The apartment is clean and cozy. Every time we had any question or we needed additional information or help, they had no problem and reacted very quickly. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment very much!
Hemos estado en un piso 4 días cerca de la Diagonal, el piso está bien aunque han habido algunos incidentes que lo han resuelto en menos de 20 minutos. La única pega es el ascensor pero contando que es una finca de 1904 aún habría que dar las gracias. El trato muy amable por parte de todos.

Ottima soluzione per un soggiorno a Barcellona. Comodo sia per spostamenti a piedi sia con i mezzi di trasporto. Nell'appartamento è presente tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno per soddisfare le esigenze essenziali (attrezzi cucina, ventilatore, bollitore, stoviglie ecc.). Comunicazione ottima ed efficiente da parte dei proprietari. Nel complesso lo consiglio.
Very good location. Close to the center of Barcelona and very well comunicated of transport means. Very helpful stuff. Lots of caffess and shops around.

Excellent apartment in a nice part of Barcelona. Lots of supermarkets, bars and restaurants close by. Check in and out was very easy. The Ramblas is a easy 20-30 minute walk down 2 of the main streets of Barcelona.
Appartement spacieux et confortable situé à proximité du centre. Mais le quartier est bruyant : circulation et sorte de club le week-end. Une odeur d'égout très désagréable dans la salle de bains. Nous avons passé un bon séjour néanmoins
Apartment is basic but does the job, not quite as modern as the images on the website suggest however. The location is OK but be prepared to get taxis to most places.

Appartement parfait, bonne situation dans la ville, bon accueil ! Léger point négatif, l'avenue étant très passante l'une des 3 chambres est bruyante. Je recommande néanmoins !

Nice clean apartment in a quieter part of town. Spacious and comfortable. About 35 minute walk to Las Ramblas. Parking is a nightmare if you're driving there. Would definitely stay here again.
Du fait des passages nombreux , il manque des petites cuillères . Nous où savons beaucoup apprécier cet appartement . Nous aurions aimé avoir l'adresse du parking le plus proche par votre intermédiaire des le début (nous avons pris un parking par internet )

El apartamento esta muy bien localizado y muy bien equipado, pero se ve que ha sufrido mucho. Nada mas llegar no nos dimos cuenta, pero al hacer uso ya vas viendo cosillas... La cisterna del baño estaba fastidiado el pulsador, el horno estaba medio desencajada la puerta... Pero bueno, el apartamento es genial para visitar el centro de la ciudad y cuenta con todo lo necesario para estar a gusto.

Appartement très agréable, très bien équipé, proche des transports et des commerces. Un seul inconvénient l'ascenseur en panne durant 7 jours Nous qui ne sommes pas jeunes avec un problème de genou pour l'une, avons dû nous organiser à ne sortir qu'un fois.Nous avions demandé une remise d'un jour de location il ne nous en a été accordé que la moitié. Dommage !

we had a great time and our host was accessible and friendly. one problem we had was hot water as we were 5 people and when 3 waned to have a shower in a row there was not enough hot water. otherwise we had the best time. i will definitely recommend your services to my friends. thank you, ronit

I wrote you a several times by mail, and had to rewrite you as it took you too long to answar my mails. Also you didn´t see/receive my mail which was sent 3 days before arrival, where I was ordering collection in the airport. Therefore we were not picked up in the airport.
The apartment was great! Very well located, lots of restaurants, bars and shops around. Metro is also very close (walking distance), plenty of taxis also in the area. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom very clean! Definitely coming back! Thanks!
