I have stayed in 3 of the Class Bedroom Barceloneta apartments and they offer perfect location and everything you need. No frills great service. I would prefer to check in before 3.00pm though. I'll be using them again soon!

Very nice location in Barceloneta. At a short walk to the beach. Metro nearby and just opposite a wonderful coffeebar. Restaurants all over the place. Good for your stay for congress

Très bel appartement avec un emplacement stratégique à 5 minutes à pied de la Rambla, propre, cité résidentielle calme, tout près de la plage, bref c'était parfait pour nous. Le prix est quant même un peu élevé par rapport à d'autres offres...

this is our 7th year staying in these apartments so we know what we are getting. really good service and location and we couldn't ask for more.

The apartment we stayed in was very nice, clean and location great! A few cons are that it was 3 stories up with no elevator and small stair well and beds are somewhat uncomfortable. My biggest complaint is that there was NO hot/warm water. I did contact the host and switched the breakers to no avail. Cold showers for 3 days...sucked.

My boyfriend and I decided quite last minute that we would like a long weekend trip and didn't want to spend too much money - We came across an apartment on a website and thought it was a really great price for 4 days stay - unfortunately there was a problem with the apartment we originally booked , however we were quickly offered another for the same price in a better location. The apartment was clean, comfy, had all the things we needed to be able to eat in on some nights and a gorgeous little balcony looking over the street and down towards the beach. The only thing that i would say is the electrics were quite temperamental and often it took movingthe kettle to a few different plugs to get it to work - not sure what the problem was!? Also it would have been good to have instructions on how to use the tv/radio as it didnt seem to pick up any reception - not that we were bothered by this as we were out most of the time and too tired from all the walking to watch TV! Very good apartments. Near Barcelonetta, La Rambla, Colom monument. Bus station few steps from apartments, metro 5 min walk. Kitchen, bathroom. All you need.

We have been staying for 8 nights with two kids, so I have expected at least one cleaning during our staying. After three nigts of our staying we have realised that bedlin and towels have been changed, but no floor cleaning have been done. So I had to do it my self. Staying of four persons especially with kids make a lot of dust. And we had to buy toiletpaper as well!!!

Studio confortable, avec une petite terrasse. Bonne prise en charge suite á un pb de cumulus. Literie confortable et propre. Rien á reprocher.... Prendre un plan detaille car le Rue difficile á trouver.

During our stay we ended up without hot water for 2 days which created quite a few problems for us, especially since the weather was quite cold.

Good clean room, well equipped and central to all ammenities and beach. Ideal for short stays.

The fregde/frezer was not working 100 procent. The people who stayed in app. 1 the first 3 days, where very very noisy and they did not think about that other people also lived there. There were many small ants in our app 3. Else it eas a very nice stay.

one set of keys did not fit it was not possible to open the door, the bell did not ring we had tot shout and go down to open the door 3th floor appartment
