Nice place in the center of Barcelona. Good value for money. Not recomendable for familys with small children, but for us travelling with teenagers it was perfect.

Very nice apartment and a good location. Just a minute from Rambla and a few minutes from the beach. Although the apartment is close to the Rambla, it was quite at night, if you had the windows closed, of course. The apartment was clean and nicely equipped. From Mr. Pau, who was expecting us in the apartment, we received all the necessary information about our stay. He was also available by Phone in a second for all our questions about what to visit, where to go… I highly recommend this apartment. We spent really wonderful days in Barcelona.

Andrebbe precisato che l'appartamento si trova al quinto piano e le scale sono strettissime. Nel bagno ci vorrebbe un aspiratore, visto che non ha finestre. In generale, la pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare. Ma nel complesso il voto è ottimo. Grazie per l'ospitalità! Dusolina, Federico e Valentina

We had very noisy neighbours from above, we could hear them moving chairs, closing the fridge door. Also we were not lucky as they were listening to the music very loud at night and speaking very loud so we could hear them like they were in our room. Sound proof is not existing in the apartment. This is huge disadvantage of the apartment.

Deberían mejorar un poco la conexión a Internet en la habitación casi no había señal sólo en el comedor.. Pero todo lo demás muy bien

Bonjour On a passé un séjour agréable en famille. Bien accueillé très bonne situation. appt. Correspond au descriptif sauf un petit prob. Le 3eme étage correspond en faite au 4eme étage avec escalier haut et un peut étroit c est fatiguant surtout en rentrant le soir.A part ça tout est impeccable.

Nice apartment provided a pleasant alternative to the usual hotel, with more space and with kitchen facilities. The manager met me at the apartment on-time for the final check-in paperwork and payment, and the internet password. The location is most interesting, with close easy-walking access to the Ramblas street on one side, and the Gothic district on the other. The only real drawback was the number of steps to walk up to the unit.

Apartments we liked . It was cozy, comfortable . Love street. Everything needed was in the apartment, as well as stereo ( national music streaming ) , toaster, iron , ironing board , glasses for wine , two pillows , a convenient closet . Clean, bright ! The manager is very good, all explained in detail . Were uncomfortable stuff, but they did not spoil our mood (kettle leaking slightly sweet smell of cleaning products with the windows closed , no lids on pots and pans, if you need an extra blanket to make two single beds, it is necessary to wash the fan, the front door creaks ) . Thank you for the rest, we were happy all the time!

The staff was nice and attentive -5! Location - very comfortable, the only thing is stairs - too narrow. Comfort - you can hear clearly people above, under you and on the stairs. We stayed in January for some special price. It was quite appropriate.

Met oordoppen voor de nacht en een goeie conditie,ivm het trappen lopen, was het super om van hieruit Barcelona te beleven. Vanaf de luchthaven binnen een uur bereikbaar.

The picktures was no good so i was suprised by the standard of the room. You should tell the guest that they have to lift the funiture when they moving them. It made a lot of noise when the apartment over us was moving the funiture around without lifting it. Want to come back anyway. Svein Erik Bakke

Clean apartment located in just off La Rambla in the Barri Gottic, a central location and near the metro.

Good location and apartment faciliaties were excellent. Warning against pick-pockets. This street seems worse than La Ramblas. Despite the lively activity on the street, the apartment is very quiet. I would recommend to stay here.
