Estuvimos 4 días en Barcelona, la ubicación es muy buena, a una cuadra de plaza real y muy cerca de la Rambla y plaza Cataluña, personalmente el barrio gótico me encanta, y este departamento está en el corazón del barrio, todo tal cual las fotos, no es muy grande pero limpio y con todo lo que necesitamos, lo de las escaleras es así como dicen, y el anfitrión muy atento. Gracias!

Fin lejlighed med central beliggenhed tæt på Ramblaen. Vi boede på 5. sal - 88 trappetrin oppe. Tag terassen var under renovering under vores ophold. Adgang til denne vil øge værdien væsentligt.

The location is great! Plenty of great food nearby, less that a 2 minute walk to las ramblas, easy access to taxi and public transportation. The bedroom was a little hot but the air in the living room worked great so we slept on the futon most of the trip, which we didn't mind. The neighborhood is very lively and we felt like staying here we got a good dose of Catalonian culture. We would definitely consider staying here again when going back to Barcelona.

Very nice flat, good exersise with all the stairs :) only minus was that there was not enough kitchen equipment for 4 people. Super service from owner. when we emailed them in the evening about a broken coffe mashine, they came early next morning with a new one.

The great thing about this one-bedroom apartment is its location, moments away from the Plaza Real and the Ramblas, yet close to local shops for your supplies. Quiet too, and we liked the small balcony. Check-in was efficient and welcoming. No lift in this block however and quite a climb to this top-floor apartment.

Appartement très bien placé, double vitrage (appréciable au milieu de la nuit :)), bien équipé. Attention toutefois, il faut être en forme pour monter les étages (c'est aussi ce qui fait le charme de cet appartement)!!! Bref, je recommande ét merci pour l'accueil

Bonsoir,Apres avoir eu tres peu a la visite de l'appartement (en effet le ménage n'avait pas été fait, mais le loueur a accepté que nous déposions nos baguages avant l'heure convenue) Bravo aux anciens locataires, l'appartement était faisait peur... et quelle odeur... Puis madame la femme de ménage ou peut-être la fée je ne sais pas mais en tout cas l'appartement était tres propre la clim était mise, parfait

This was a great little apartment right in the heart of the Gothic District, ideal for exploring the area. Loads of great food options and shops around so never had to go far for something delicious. We stayed in the 4th floor apartment which is quite a hike up the stairs, especially with heavy bags, but no complaints once in the apartment. The street gets rather rowdy at night (especially Friday and Saturday) although we couldn't hear a thing from the apartment so didn't bother us. It was quite cosy in terms of size but perfect for us for the weekend.

Super emplacement géographique, près des ramblas, Quartier calme et voisinage sympathique. Par contre escalier etroit et compliqué avec une poussette au 4 eme etage. Appartement bien agencé et pratique !!! personel d'arrivée geniale, super agréable et sympathique.

Canapé lit très inconfortable. 1 seul rouleau papier toilette. rue extremement bruyante. heureusement qu'il y avait la magnifique place reial pas loin pour compenser. Cordialement.

El apartamento estaba bastante bien. Como detalle, habría agradecido una persiana porque a la noche había algo de ruido. Aunque es un 4º, equivale a un 5º (4º+principal) con la escalera muyyy estrecha, supongo que por eso es el precio.

Decisamente Bhoemien ma proprio per questo un'ottima esperienza che si confà al Barrio Gotico. Posizione ottimale! Pulizia e completezza di accessori completa no questo piccolo appartamento con affaccio su escudelleres, via molto barcellonese! Vi sentirete del posto! Lavandino piccolissimo!!! ;) Sarebbe meglio dare una pulita all'appartamento anche a metà soggiorno e non solo alla fine, grazie. Per il resto è stato un soggiorno splendido e tutte quelle scale hanno fatto solo che bene al mio animo sportivo!!!! Ah ps. E il ragazzo che ci ha accolti è stato molto gentile e ciò è ottimo!!!! Ciao.

Location is very good, just a few steps away from the Ramblas. Enough space for us, friendly reception. Good value for our money, we were satisfied.

Posizione centralissima, appartamento curato, arredato e pulito in ogni parte. I problemi sono rappresentati dalle scale, troppo strette e alte e dalle penali stabilite nel caso in cui non venga buttata la spazzatura o si lascino piatti sporchi. Noi in realtà paghiamo già 40€ di pulizie finali, e bisogna anche buttare la spazzatura e lavare i piatti prima di andare via!

The stairs are for older people too much to climb! Great that we could leave our luggage until 2 in the appartment. In the centre of everything! Super that the bedroom is in the back, so that the noise of the street is staying outside. Beware of pickpockets in this area.

We really enjoyed our stay in the appartment in the Barrio Gotico. It is well equiped but not luxurious. To reach the fourth floor takes a lot of stairs which could be a problem for less fit people. The street is somewhat noisy at night. Thanks for hosting us.
