El apartamento con capacidad para 6 personas cuenta con 85 m2 de superficie distribuidos en 3 habitaciones, 2 baños (uno de ellos en suite), comedor con cocina americana, un balcón que da a la calle Montserrat y otro que da a la parte de atrás del edificio. Es ideal para una estancia con todas las comodidades en Barcelona.
El apartamento está totalmente equipado con calefacción y aire acondicionado, lavadora, secadora, cocina totalmente equipada (Microondas, Nevera, Congelador, Lavaplatos, Kettle, Cafetera Nespresso, Tostadora, Exprimidor, Batidora, Vajilla), TV y Wi-Fi gratuito.
En las cercanías del apartamento puedes disfrutar de la singularidad del barrio Gótico y Ciutat Vella, su amplia oferta gastronómica, sus edificios medievales, la Catedral de Barcelona, la Plaza del Rey, la Plaza del Pi, la zona del Maremagnum, una zona de ocio frente al mar, la amplia oferta comercial en Plaza Catalunya y Paseo de Gracia, y una gran variedad cultural con los museos y teatros más importantes de la ciudad.

- De acuerdo con la Ley Orgánica de Protección de Seguridad Ciudadana es obligatorio que todos los huéspedes que se alojen en un establecimiento turístico deben ser registrados mediante documento nacional de identidad o pasaporte. Los datos recogidos serán transmitidos a la policía en menos de 24 horas después de vuestra llegada.
- El acceso a nuestros apartamentos se realiza mediante una aplicación en vuestro Smartphone o introduciendo un código en un teclado que encontraréis junto a la puerta de entrada.
- Una vez hecha la reserva os enviaremos un mail de confirmación donde tendréis acceso a un formulario donde podréis cumplimentar vuestros datos personales, el registro de huéspedes, realizar los pagos y firmar el contrato.
- 48h antes de vuestra llegada y siempre y cuando el formulario esté finalizado recibiréis el enlace para activar las llaves.
- Si la información de los huéspedes no está registrada, hay algún pago pendiente, o el contrato no está firmado, nuestro sistema no podrá generar los códigos de acceso.
- Nuestros apartamentos cuentan con sistemas de medición de ruido y guardia nocturno.
- Se ruega silencio entre las 22h/7h.

The apartment is perfect for six people. It has the standard of a 4-star hotel and is very spacious. The location is amazing, just a street of La Rambla and close to the port. Communication with Renato went smoothly, he always answered my questions immediately. If I‘m ever back in Barcelone, I will make sure to book this apartment again.

A practical, large appartment, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony with two tables. Very near to the Ramblas and beach. We had a very nice stay.

Wonderful stay, professional service lots of clear information presented well. Secure entry system. Place was clean and fixtures were new. Location could not have been better you are I a wonderful quiet spot to then explore all the great pats of the city.

Apartment was very clean, very good located and equipped. Chcek in and chceck out was easy and comfortable without any problems. Apartment look exact same as on pohotgraphies and definitely worth of price of it. Location is very good and near of shops, groceries, beach, bars, and metro.

Perfect location very close to center. Apartment was clean and very spacious apartment. Only downside was the noise at both the front and rear of the apartment. So bring earplugs!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS AIRBNB! The Host was very responsive and beyond helpful. Everything was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The location is super great, close to the hustle and bustle of the La Rambla.

Super clean and nice appartment. The location is near the underground and very central. Only downside was the loud noise from the front street and the construction area nearby. Besides that we really enjoyed staying there.

excellent emplacement proche de tout (Rambla, commerces, métro, port, plages...), accueil bien organisé et assuré même de nuit (+ 20 € après 20 h) tout s'est déroulé comme prévu. Bel appartement, bien restauré et équipé. Cuisine fonctionnelle (plaques induction, réfrigérateur, congélateur, machine à laver, vaisselle et linge, sèche linge, four etc.). Literie pas exceptionnelle mais suffisante pour quelques nuits. Linges de toilette fournis, manque produits toilette (savon, shampoing) Chambres donnant sur la rue bruyantes et voisinage parfois aussi (cris, voix, poubelles), chambre sur cour très calme. Prix raisonnable pour la prestation et une occupation à 5 ou 6 personnes même si on préfèrerait toujours un peu moins cher pour un court séjour ne nécessitant pas d'utiliser tous les équipements mis à disposition. Je recommanderai certainement cet appartement à des amis souhaitant se rendre à Barcelone. Je suis satisfait de mon séjour au ClassBedroom.
