El apartamento con capacidad para 6 personas cuenta con 85 m2 de superficie distribuidos en 3 habitaciones, 2 baños (uno de ellos en suite), comedor con cocina americana, un balcón que da a la calle Montserrat y otro que da a la parte de atrás del edificio. Es ideal para una estancia con todas las comodidades en Barcelona.
El apartamento está totalmente equipado con calefacción y aire acondicionado, lavadora, secadora, cocina totalmente equipada (Microondas, Nevera, Congelador, Lavaplatos, Kettle, Cafetera Nespresso, Tostadora, Exprimidor, Batidora, Vajilla), TV y Wi-Fi gratuito.
En las cercanías del apartamento puedes disfrutar de la singularidad del barrio Gótico y Ciutat Vella, su amplia oferta gastronómica, sus edificios medievales, la Catedral de Barcelona, la Plaza del Rey, la Plaza del Pi, la zona del Maremagnum, una zona de ocio frente al mar, la amplia oferta comercial en Plaza Catalunya y Paseo de Gracia, y una gran variedad cultural con los museos y teatros más importantes de la ciudad.
CHECK IN
- De acuerdo con la Ley Orgánica de Protección de Seguridad Ciudadana es obligatorio que todos los huéspedes que se alojen en un establecimiento turístico deben ser registrados mediante documento nacional de identidad o pasaporte. Los datos recogidos serán transmitidos a la policía en menos de 24 horas después de vuestra llegada.
- El acceso a nuestros apartamentos se realiza mediante una aplicación en vuestro Smartphone o introduciendo un código en un teclado que encontraréis junto a la puerta de entrada.
- Una vez hecha la reserva os enviaremos un mail de confirmación donde tendréis acceso a un formulario donde podréis cumplimentar vuestros datos personales, el registro de huéspedes, realizar los pagos y firmar el contrato.
- 48h antes de vuestra llegada y siempre y cuando el formulario esté finalizado recibiréis el enlace para activar las llaves.
- Si la información de los huéspedes no está registrada, hay algún pago pendiente, o el contrato no está firmado, nuestro sistema no podrá generar los códigos de acceso.
- Nuestros apartamentos cuentan con sistemas de medición de ruido y guardia nocturno.
- Se ruega silencio entre las 22h/7h.
- Tenemos cámaras de seguridad en el edificio.

The communication works very well. The entrance with the Icnea app worked great. The apartment is beautiful, spacious with a really big living-dining area. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious too. Everything was clean. The apartment is quiet, only on weekends it's a bit noisy from the bars on the street until early in the morning. The location of the apartment is very good, you can quickly walk to the old town and the sea. Full recommendation!

Although the booking process was a little complicated, after that everything was very easy and clear to follow. No keys to lose!! Lovely clean apartment, all facilities you need were available and those that didn't work were fixed right away. Very helpful host. The apartment is super close to the centre of Barcelona. Would definitely recommend
Just back from staying here for 4 night. We were a group of 5 adults and what an amazing apartment with plenty of room and fantastic decor. The location is great with easy access to all the main attractions including tube, buses and the vibrant strip. Communication with the owner was brilliant and very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if visiting Barcelona. 💕

Lovely apartment, great location. Very clean. Everything we needed. Very easy check in.
Superfin lägenhet, ren och fräsch och nära till allt. Dock extremt lyhört. Fungerade bra vardagar men öronproppar krävs för helgnätterna. Lätt att få kontakt med värden och snabba svar.

The apartment is located very near to Drassanes Metro so easy for reaching. It was very clean and modern and had air conditioning in lounge and all 3 bedrooms, very secure entry system, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine.Location is close to Las Ramblas and therefore shops and restaurants.Marco was very responsive to any questions and nothing was too much of a problem for him, many thanks.

Die Wohnung war wirklich toll! Sauber, gross, viel Stauraum in jedemZimmer und super modern. In der Nacht war es ein wenig laut von der Strasse. Wir würden auf jedem Fall wieder buchen und es weiterempfelen.

Appartemment bien situé, central. Il est très fonctionnel. Système de code pour l'entrée est une bonne idée, notamment pour une arrivée tardive ( préférable à des clés). Juste petit bémol sur la pression de l'eau dans les douches : un peu juste.
Super logement et très bien situé mais seul bémol c’est les bar ou discothèque très proche qui nous on empêché de dormir à certains moment sinon tout était très bien.
ClassBedroom made our stay in the heart of Barcelona very comfortable. We didn't have any problems with the accommodation what so ever. Everything was easy to handle from the Check-In all the way to the Check-Out. I have been to many AirBnBs and the host has been of the friendliest ever up until now. I can really recommend this place to anybody who wants to stay in Barcelona.

Hermoso departamento , muy bien equipado y muy cómodo. La ubicación fantastica pues está cerca del barrio Gótico y de línea de metro pata moverse por la ciudad . Nos encantó. !

The stay was great. Check-in was fast, on-time, and friendly. The apartment was clean and exactly what we were looking for. The only issue we had, and there is nothing you can do about it, was that the first night there was a loud party across the alley until around 3am. You couldn't sleep in the 2 bedrooms in the back because of the noise. But, again, there is nothing you can do about things like that. All in all a great stay. Thank you very much.

No fake Pictures, apartment that good as the Pictures. Two (2) min. walk to La Ramblas and to Metro. We will revisit next time in Barcelona. Recommended
